We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
UK Mainland Delivery (Excluding Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland)
- Standard Delivery: £4.95 (3-5 Working Days) – Free on orders over £75.
- Express Delivery: £7.95 (1-2 Working Days) – Free on orders over £125.
Other UK Delivery Destinations
- Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: £14.95 (3-5 Working Days).
- Channel Islands: £24.95 (3-5 Working Days).
International Delivery
We deliver to a wide range of international destinations. Please proceed to the checkout to view the available delivery options and costs for your specific country. Please note that you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges that may be applicable in your country. These are not included in the product or delivery price.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the items to us in their original, unworn condition, with the original packaging and tags attached, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of faulty or incorrectly sent items.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and can take up to 14 days to appear in your account after we have received the returned items.
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on socks or shoe care products unless they are faulty.
